Terms and Conditions
Acceptance of any quotations, payment of a deposit or receipt of an invoice constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. These terms apply to all quotations, invoices, sales, and services provided by JJ Bones of the Earth (Pty) Ltd.

Pricing and Validity
Quotations are valid for 14 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated. All quotations are estimates only. Final costs may vary depending on material availability, design changes and project-specific requirements. Final pricing will be confirmed upon completion of the project.

Deposit and Payment Terms
A 60% non-refundable deposit is required upon acceptance of a quotation to initiate the project. The balance of payment is due on completion and prior to delivery or collection, unless otherwise agreed in writing. All invoices are payable upon receipt. Any invoice not paid within 7 days of the invoice may attract interest at the maximum rate permitted by law, calculated from the due date until payment is received in full.

Cancellations
Should the customer cancel the project after work has commenced, the deposit will be retained as a cancellation fee to cover materials, labour and administrative costs incurred.

Ownership and Risk
Ownership of all goods remains with JJ Bones of the Earth (Pty) Ltd until full payment has been received. Risk passes to the customer upon delivery or collection.

Design Changes
Any changes, alterations, or additions requested after acceptance of a quotation may result in additional costs and may affect the estimated delivery timeline.

Delivery and Installation
Delivery and installation costs are excluded unless specifically stated otherwise and may be charged separately. Estimated delivery timelines (typically 6-8 weeks) are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed, as they are subject to material availability, production schedules, and unforeseen delays. Goods may be withheld from delivery or collection until full payment has been received.
